Communication and Me Speech Blog- Due September 9th

After watching the video of you "Communication and Me" Speech, answer these questions;

1. In what areas do you think you improved(content, organization and/or delivery) since the last speech(Bag Speech)?

2. Do you think you achieved the two performance goals for this speech(eye contact and well worded transitions)? Why or why not?

3. What skill do you think you really excelled at with this speech?

4. What's your goal for your next speech?

I think that I improved in having better notes to work off of, but I don't think that I had very good transitions into my next topics because they were really boring and simple. My eye contact was a lot better though and that was a performance goal I was aiming for. My next goal for my next speech is to not walk around aimlessly, but to add to the speech.

1. I think I improved on putting more energy in my voice. I seemed more relaxed for this speech.

2. Yes, I looked at the audience more instead of reading off of my paper. I had transitions that told the audience where I was and where I was going.

3. I had a good beginning and relaxed more so I felt like I was more conversational with the audience.

4. My big goal for the next speech is to put even more energy in my voice.

I need to improve my delivery. A little bit. My eye contact was alright, but my transitions need work. Making the speech was good. Better delivery.
