3. What's an example when effective listening has helped you at school, home, with friends, or work?

1. I think I can be a good listener when I try.
2. I would say that I am best at empathetic listening, because I am good at listening and giving advice if they need it.
3. At home my mom always gets lots of phone calls, so I have to take messages all the time.
4. I think I could do a better job at listening with my eyes and taking notes.
