1. Qualities of a good leader are listening to everyone else's ideas and being open to new suggestions.

2. A good leader in my family is my dad because he always seems to settle disputes in my family. In my school, Mrs. Hull is a good leader because she is always open to hear new ideas from students. In my community, Mayor Bill Price is a good leader because a lot of new things have happened under him. In my nation, Barack Obama is a good leader because he has started a lot of new things and laid a new path.

3. I think both happen. Some people are just natural born and its easy for them, and other people start out shy and can build their leadership skills.

4. I'm a little of both. I have no trouble leading a group, but I also tend to be a follower.

Some of the qualities of a good leader are that they include everybody, stay positive, and keep the meeting moving forward. I consider Nicole Sedlack a good leader because we always get a lot done at YAC meetings in a small amount of time. Some people are natural - born leaders and some can have leadership developed. People that are natural - born leaders just know in their gut what to do, while people that can be developed learn through watching other leaders and through camps. I consider my self to be both a leader and a follower. There are some activities that I can't do very well and I look to classmates and upper classmen and mimic them. But, there are some activities that I can do very well and I look to classmates and lower classmen to follow my example and learn from me.

1) That you help others out and you do your own work.
2) Parents help me with work, teachers they teach me things, mayor he helps others out and tells them how it works, senator he helps the state.
3) You learn how to become a leader you can't be born a leader you can't tell them what to do when your born.
4) Follower I followers orders but I can be a leader when I know more about that subject.

1.Staying on topic, making sure that everyone is included. Being in charge, but not to the extent where it is like a dictatorship.

2. My parents are good leaders in my family because they let us know what we are supposed to do. In school my teachers are good leaders because they try to help us get things done with out it being a dictatorship. In the Community Nichole Sedlacek is a good leader, she is very involved with the community. Barak Obama would be the national leader I would say because he takes charge by being president.

3. Leadership can be developed through training, because you have to be aware of how to be a leader. I guess it could be a natural thing to some people but for most it takes training.

4. I would like to consider myself as a leader, but I think I am more of a follower. I would like to develop more leadership skills, although I have taken youth leadership classes.

They show good leadership and listen to everyone.

Because if you don't become a leader for any of those you won' t get any good respect.

No they are not....they have to learn how to do it

I'm kind of in between

1. a good leader is assertive and keeps the group on task and keeps them going.
2. my mom in my family, Mr. Brown in our school, and in our state/nation wide would be Barrack Obama.

GO OBAMA!

3. they can be natural and develop. they can just have the skills or learn from other people that the skills they need to be a good leader.

4. both. it depends what it is, but i can act as a leader and get people going and motivated, and i can just follow if i don't feel like it or don't think i am the right one for the job

They are a good listener and are open to everyone's opinions.
My parents are good leaders because it's their job.
All the coaches in our school are good leaders, otherwise they wouldn't be coaching. The president is a good leader, because if he wasn't he wouldn't be in office.
Leadership is developed through training because it is a skill.
If I know a lot about something I can lead but if not I follow.

1. Good leadership qualities include listening, supporting, and initiating.
2.My parents are good leaders in my family by setting good examples and taking on the challenges in our family. In our school I think that most of the teachers show good leadership by giving us advice and helping us when we ask for help. In our community I think that the police officers and other individuals are leaders because of their efforts to better our community.
4. I consider myself more of a leader, I would rather do something and contribute to ideas then just follow other people's.

1. A good leader contributes ideas and suggestions, but isn't controlling. They try to help others gain knowledge and share their thoughts.

2. My mom is a good leader in my family. She shows us how to deal with what life throws at you and how treat others and do what is right to succeed. I look towards my classmates for leadership. Laura really shows me how to be a better leader because she is spirited and energetic and confident. The presidents of many different organizations are leaders. Barack Obama has to be a good leader to be able to run the country. Mayors have to be able to run the cities.

3. I think some people are born with it, while others achieve it from the people around them. Some are shy, but others are go and lead the rest very easily and comfortably.

4. I consider myself a leader when it comes to schooling, like answering a question about a subject. When it comes to making choices in life, I follow in other's footsteps.
