What are qualities that make a good leader? Why are these important qualities for a leader to have? Do you think good leaders are born or is leadership a skill that can be developed? Why or why not? Give an example in the school, community, state, nation, or world that you consider to be an effective leader? Why do you consider them to be an effective leader?

The leader keeps the group or people in order and make sure the events go good. The leader needs these because he/she is in charge of the group. Leadership is a skill that you can develop. You can learn about how to. The president is an affective leader. They are the president of the U.S.
Qualities like honesty, self-confidence, understanding, and the ability to listen and work with others make a good leader. They are important qualities for a leader to have because a leader needs to be able to guide other people and so they have to be understanding and the people they are leading need to be able to trust them. I think leaders are both born and made, I think anyone could be a leader of something if they try. I think Mr. Brozs is a good leader in our school because I think he portrays many of the traits a good leader should have.

Able to take action with out being asked and do it at the right time.

both... if your born with an outgoing personality then you practaly have a natural skill for leadership. but you can always improve your sills.

im not sure... there are too many to say. everyone has leadership in them but some show it off more.
strong, well educated, and can think on their feet. they have to be able to make a decision in a split second. leadership comes from growing up, by watching and acting like your role models; so yes, it is developed. not america that is for sure. i don't know many other countries that are going well.
1. If they are willing to do dangerous stuff or they take charge in dangerous situations.
2. I think so people could be brave.

They have authority over the group and they listen to ideas of their group. These are good to have because then the leader is liked and respected. i think leadership can be learned because your personality can change over time. A leader is paul peirce because he took the celtics to the championship last year and gave back to boston.

Qualities a good leader must have are sticking to what they say and backing it up. Leadership can be both, developed or born into you. An effective leader is Brett Favre. He is an effective leader because he can back up what he says he will do.
They come up with good ideas, that everyone agrees with. I think leadership skills are developed for most people, but there are a few people that have had leadership skills since they were born. When you are doing athletics, or team sports. Because they know what they are doing. There are a lot of good leader that we have in this community but one of them for me would be like a fireman or a policeman.
A good leader is someone that can take charge and knows what to do in situations. These skills are important because they have to be in charge of many things. I don't think someone is born a leader they have to develop these skills. A leader in our school would be Keshia H. who is our student council president. I consider her an effective leader because she plans many things for the student body and is in charge of the student council meetings.
A good leader has to be respectable and has to think of others before its self. A leader has to have these qualities because that is what a leader is all about. They have to inspire people to do there best and be them selves. i think you can learn to be a leader because no one knows how you will turn out when you are born. I think I am a leader because i have lots a friends. they like the examples i set and the opinions that i have.

they work together with everyone in their group they listen to everyone yet they have a strong personality.i think that it is both because you could be born into it or you could of had a lot of bad things happen through out their life to make them stronger. i personally think that Tyra Banks is a good leader since she started her show she has helped women with issues that most women have.i think she has helped quite a bite of women out just from helping them
I think a good quality in leadership is being able to take charge of things when needed. It is important to have that quality because if somebody can't take charge of a situation their most likely not gonna get the job done. I think good leaders are born because leadership is hard to learn and would take a lot of time. Chuck Norris would be an amazing leader because hes Chuck Norris.
when they have respect and are honest to other. they are important because if you don't have respect for others then you won't get the respect you need. and everyone needs to be able to trust you. both, some people are born with the natural skill to lead and others work hard to gain the leadership skills. Martin Luther king Jr. because he changed history and stud up to what he believed and what was right.
A) that person needs to be able to lead the group, yet understand them to their level. Plus, he needs to be able to show how to do something and then compromise.
B) Because if a leader doesn't have these qualities then he/she wouldn't be a leader.
C) Leadership is a skill that has to be developed because you could be the son of a famous leader and be shy and inactive socially. While his son would gain that skill and lead other people to be leaders themselves.

E) because he could be having the worst day of his career and still would work as hard as he could.
There are many qualities that make a good leader. they are prepared and ready to work. this helps the group stay on task and working i think that some are born and others are formed throughout their life. Mr.broz would be a good leader and the mayor and my church directer and i think that all of them are effective leaders
Leadership keeps the group works equally together and help make sure that what they are doing goes smoothly. The leader needs these skills because they are in charge of how well the groups works together. Leadership is a skill that everyone can develop some point in time in their life. Some of the teachers are affective leaders because they are in charge of a group of students to make sure that they learn what you are talking about. There are many other leaders then just teachers, like the president of the United Sates.
qualities like honesty, being able to take charge in any situation, can hold composure and be calm through crisis', and being a good role model. So you are there for the ones following and you can set good examples and be reliable for them. Some people just naturally have these qualities but they are also something that can be developed. Some people just take charge and step up in the groups and others have to develop standing out like that. A manager of a company. They have to be able to take charge and get everything done right and on time. They have to instruct their employees.
I think that honesty and trustworthy and responsibility and maturity are important in being a good Leader.
I think that these are important to have because people need to be able to depend on you and thy need to trust that you are dependable.
Some of both, because if your not a good leader you can learn and practice the traits that are needed.
The president, because he is in charge of the nation and you need to have a good honest trustworthy person to do that.
Qualities that make a good leader are; leadership, discipline, and self motivation. These are good because it shows that you are ready for the task at hand. You are not born into leadership. It is something that must be worked for and have spent long hours on. Colt McCoy is an effective leader of the Texas Longhorns because he takes charge on the field and gets the task done efficiently.

someone who cares about what others say and care how they can make others happen. so others will be happy and they will et things done faster. it is a skill you can learn because it is like anything you can learn if you try hard to do it. me. i help others and i hear what they say

Qualities of a leader are to conrol, get group to work together , and knowing how to lead. to conrol your group how to fix trouble. I think it is a skill you learn form your leader of the past. Because you learn of their mistake.
The qualities that a good leader would have is they get respect, they help other people, they help in war, they fight then they get respect for fighting the enimies. It is important to have good leader because if we had no leader the world would not exist. It can be both. Because some leader are just born leading and some just develop. There a leader in army in the nation. Because they help the world.
