I think i'm all of the above!i don't think i'm worst at any because i can be very critical, i like to have all the information before i get critical, i'm very creative (i like to imagine myself in the persons position) which also means im empathic.
3. What's an example when effective listening has helped you at school, home, with friends, or work?
at school i need to pay attention in class so i can write notes and finish assignments, at home i need to help my mom take care of my grandpa, i listen to my friend's problems and give them advice, and i listen to many `gossip' at work.

none! i believe that i have all the steps down.
1. overall I think that I'm a good listener. It mostly depends on the subject.
2.Creative is the one I think that I do the best at and Informational is the one that I think that I do the worst at.
