2. I am an ok listener but I could improve. I try to communicate well with others, but if it is somebody I don't know well I find it harder than people I do know.

4. Because you need to listen to your peers and teachers to get info. My family talks a lot, so I have to listen and discus my points as well. If you don't listen at your job, you will probably not do well.
